Dr. (Mrs.) Olubunmi O. Ademosu-Williams is a seasoned insurance executive, transformational leader,
and public service advocate with over 35 years of experience in the financial sector. An alumna of
Manchester Business School, McDonough School of Business (Washington, D.C.), and Lagos
Business School, she holds a B.A. in English and an MBA specializing in Management Technology, as
well as an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Governance from South America University,
Wilmington, Delaware.

From 2017–2024, she served as Special Adviser and Focal Person on Public &
Intergovernmental Relations to the Governor of Ondo State, where she pioneered and implemented
social intervention programs impacting hundreds of thousands of lives. Her initiatives include the
creation of Ondo State’s first Social Register, establishment of vocational skills centers, and execution
of projects under SDGs, N-Power, YESSO, and the Home-Grown School Feeding Program.

Dr. Ademosu-Williams is a passionate mentor, philanthropist, and community builder. She has received
numerous awards for her humanitarian service and outstanding leadership, including the Lions
International President’s Award and the NTA Public Administrator of the Year Award. She is an active
member of several professional institutes and currently serves as a leader within the Akure
Professionals Lions Club.
